IRT is a veteran-owned small business located in Colorado Springs, CO.  Founded in 2020, IRT is quickly establishing itself as SSA and MW/MD radar experts.  We are a rapidly growing company with an expert technical staff.  

Our Customers

Located in Colorado Springs, IRT has deep knowledge of the SDA and MW missions and customers.  We support the SDA missions on contracts with USAF Space and  Missile Systems Center (SMC) and Air Force Space Command SSDP.  We support the USAF 20th Space Control Squadron with personnel located at Site C-6 at Eglin AFB, FL.  

Our Team

InTrack Radar has experienced associates in the Space and Missile domains with a diverse range of technical skills.  IRT associates have deep knowledge on several weapons systems including Eglin radar, ALCOR, MMW, TRADEX, ALTAIR, Globus 2, BMEWS, Pave PAWS, GEODSS, PARCS, and Cobra Dane.  Our staff have led some of the largest and most complex modifications and upgrades to these weapon systems that have ever been accomplished--helping to evolve the SDA and MW missions to address emerging threats and close current capability gaps. ​Our engineers are passionate about the SDA, MW and MD missions. We focus on delivering value to our customers through innovation, lean processes and collaboration with our stakeholders. IRT strives to attract and retain the best talent in the industry allowing us to solve some of the most difficult problems in industry.

Morgan Nicholson

Chief Executive Officer & SSA Architecture Consultant 

Morgan Nicholson has 18+ years of experience as a SDA/MW radar engineer and solution architect.  He is a well-respected systems engineer and technical leader in the SDA user community.  He has worked on 11 sensors in the SDA and ITW/AA networks delivering complex, large-scale capabilities to these systems.  Morgan has experience as an Air Force officer working SSA and ITW/AA systems.  

Alan Garner

Chief Operating Officer & SSA Systems Engineering Consultant

Alan Garner has 25+ years of experience as a  radar systems engineer. Alan was the Chief Engineer for the Space and Missile Systems Center Ground Based Sensors Division at Peterson Air Force Base. Alan was Active Duty Army in the Satellite Communications field and served in Germany, Belgium and Holland. 

Frank Meyer

Chief Technology Officer & RF Engineering Consultant

Frank Meyer has 40+ years of experience as a RF engineer. His knowledge and experience has allowed him to work most aspects of militarized radar design with an emphasis on delivering hardware.  Frank has successfully delivered projects for SSA and BMD radars focusing on the transmit and receive chains.
